At E-Spaces Design and Create Ltd, we are a family-run business with a passion for design and craftsmanship. Coming from a background in both design and manufacturing, we saw a clear lack of quality in the garden building market, where many structures were not built to last or meet specific needs. With this in mind, we set out to create modular buildings that blend modern manufacturing technology with traditional craftsmanship, ensuring both precision and durability.

Sustainability is at the heart of our design process. We use energy-efficient materials, and all of our buildings are fully insulated to minimise heat loss. We source timber from sustainable suppliers and offer energy-efficient options to ensure minimal environmental impact.
We provide a comprehensive warranty package:
- Structural integrity: 10 years
- Roof: 40 years (manufacturer’s warranty)
- Cladding: 15 years (manufacturer’s warranty)
- Electrics, windows, and doors: 1 year
